The PPJSA is currently facing challenges in recruiting referees for games, primarily due to a variety of reasons. However, the most significant impediment lies in the prevalent issue of referees enduring abusive behavior. We kindly request you to take a moment to watch the following video, as it aims to foster a change in behavior:
